Flow

Flow is our all-levels vinyasa class: a dynamic, breath-led practice where movement and breath sync into a steady rhythm. You’ll move through creative sequences of sun salutations, standing postures, balances, and core work, building strength, and mobility.

Class is physically demanding but thoughtfully paced. You’re guided to move with intention rather than rush, with clear cues and options so you can choose what serves your body on any given day. Newer practitioners build strong foundations and confidence; more experienced yogis deepen their practice, refine alignment, and explore challenge in a mindful way.

Show up consistently, and you’ll feel the difference, in your stamina, focus, and how grounded you feel both on and off your mat. Each teacher brings their own personality and playlist, so no two classes are ever the same, but the heart of the practice is the same: to help you become a stronger, more resilient version of yourself, physically and emotionally.

Flow (Warm)

Temperature: Gently warmed, approximately 75–85°F (depending on the weather)

Perfect if: You enjoy a steady challenge and a light, feel-good sweat, with warmth that helps muscles feel supple without the intensity of a fully heated room.

Flow (Heated)

Temperature: Heated, approximately 85–95°F (depending on the weather)

Perfect if: You’re craving a strong, sweaty, fire-building practice that challenges your strength and stamina while training your mind to stay focused in the heat.

Power Flow (Heated)

Power Flow (Heated) is our most vigorous vinyasa class, a dynamic, breath-led practice that moves at a quicker pace and turns up the intensity. You’ll move through strong, creative sequences of sun salutations, standing postures, balances, and core work, building strength, mobility, and stamina while working up a serious sweat.

Class is physically demanding and more continuous than our standard Flow. Expect fewer pauses, more chaturangas, and longer sequences that ask you to stay present, steady, and connected to your breath. Clear cues and options are still offered, but this class is best for practitioners who are already comfortable with basic vinyasa transitions and ready to explore a stronger edge.

Ashtanga

Join us for a guided version of the Ashtanga Primary Series, a set sequence of postures linked by breath. Ashtanga is a dynamic, flowing practice where you move and hold poses at your own level, building strength, stamina, and focus over time.

Because you repeat the same sequence week after week, you’ll clearly see and feel your progress—postures become more accessible, transitions feel smoother, and your breath becomes a steady anchor for the mind. Rooted in the traditional eight-limbed path of yoga, Ashtanga is a holistic practice that supports not only physical strength and flexibility, but also mental clarity, discipline, and inner calm.

Align & Strength

Experience the transformative power of Align & Strength, a yoga practice designed to feel like physical therapy on your mat.

Class focuses on activating your core and body muscles through mindful and strong postures. In Align & Strength, you'll engage in alignment-based postures to stretch and strengthen your entire body. This class is perfect for all levels, those looking to enhance their physical well-being while also focusing on proper form and technique.
