Sculpt and Flow 45'

This 45-minute class is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with strength training and hand weights. You can customize and modify to choose your intensity. This class is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice and will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.
